Happy 2021, I hope everybody had a good holiday and is now geared up for the year ahead. This year looks to pivot towards a more positive outlook, with some notable shifts in the financial services and fraud landscapes. I have penned my perspective, titled as the “Six predictions for the financial services and fraud landscape in 2021” and I welcome your thoughts to these predictions and your outlook to this year. We have started this year at full throttle with the exciting launch of the GBG Intelligence Center across this month and next in APAC. Enriched data intelligence would be a game changer for banking and finance companies to keep emerging and complex fraud at bay. And something to warm the hearts – with Chinese New Year around the corner, I am proud to share our own GBG cookbook, which consolidates treasured home recipes by our colleagues in different countries across APAC. Hopefully you would find a recipe that you can use with the reunion dinners coming up! Gong Xi Fa Cai!
